Our end goal is to provide effective treatment that allows our clients to transition into either a traditional schooling program or into a lesser treatment program that better suits their reduced needs. Those that have aged out of the Ascent program and are in need of continuing services with us will be offered a spot in the Impact program. Whatever the next step is, we'll be there to help along the way.

Discharge Criteria: Meets the discharge criteria determined by the childs treatment plan

Reduction of Hours: Reduce to BCBA consulting

Continued Consultation:

• In home observations

• In clinic meetings

• Educator collaboration

Transition to Impact: Additional services beyond the age of 6 years
