Paige Wagner
Practice Director
A letter from our program manager.
Hello Aim High Community!
My name is Paige Wagner and I am a BCBA here at Aim High Ascent. In my role, I am responsible for the clinical services we provide for our children. My devotion is to ensure that the experience for our families meets the highest standards of care and support. I am committed to these standards through building our clinical principles, maintaining researched based intervention, and implementing therapy that reflects best practices.
My story begins at the State University of New York Plattsburgh. There, I acquired a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and in Special Education. My love for the field grew as I taught at Green Chimneys, a school designed for treating children with social-emotional need though animal-based therapy. This training and education drove my vision and desire to help families, beginning the path that led me to Aim High.
I attended Florida Institute of Technology to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I am humbled to have been involved in the many aspects of Aim High’s growth so far. I continue working to build and develop our practice every day and promote my value of a positive and nurturing learning environment. My clinical focus includes family education and support, clinical collaboration, language development, play and social skills, and replacement of problematic behavior. It is my purpose to continue discovering new and improved ways to service our clients, change the lives of children and families, and stay true to the mission of Aim High PDX.
